Vigil Contracting completed a full renovation of a 3,600 square foot historical townhome on one of the main routes into Washington, D.C. The three-story townhome had four brick walls, two badly deteriorated floors and a rotted roof, as well as outdated electrical wiring. The entire interior of the building was renovated with high end, high efficiency fixtures and appliances, hardwood floors, architectural trim and a custom-built staircase. The exterior was overhauled with a new structural brick front wall, shingle and TPO roof, replacement of the plumbing and HVAC systems along with a completely new electrical panel supplemented with a new commercial grade electrical system throughout.
