Vigil Contracting was meticulous about the complete renovation of a Biosafety Level 3 Laboratory (BSL-3). The building required decontamination before we began as it is used for biocontainment of pathogens. Our efforts focused on the Plant Pathogen Containment Head House and Greenhouse Building, where we installed all new plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, a new effluent decontamination system, lab equipment, fume hoods, autoclaves, AHU stainless steel ducts with Heppa filters, steam piping, and epoxy coating finishes in the labs. Six greenhouses were also replaced.
