Vigil Contracting completed the demolition and renovation of a 192-unit high-rise senior living apartment building in Baltimore, Md., from water, sewer, vent and gas piping systems to framing, drywall and the complete installation of upgraded bathrooms and kitchens. Work also included demolition of existing chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and the domestic hot water system as well as the installation of a more sustainable and environmentally friendly variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system to include 45 zones.
