Vigil Contracting completed a full demolition and renovation of a tower in a high-rise public housing apartment building in Washington, D.C., from mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure to framing, drywall and fixtures. The overhauled apartments featured both luxury vinyl tile as well as upgraded bathrooms and kitchens.
